Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026. These terms apply to Kluzar (“we”, “us”), and to anyone who uses our website, buys a plan, or asks us to build or manage a website (“you”, “client”).

1. What Kluzar does

Kluzar builds, launches and manages websites for businesses. Our services include website build, client dashboard and SaaS management, SEO and visibility, social media and content, AI systems, review management, and e-commerce and payments setup. The main website at kluzar.com is a hub: each service is delivered on its own system or subdomain, as described on the relevant page.

By default, you receive a finished website and a managed service. You do not edit the website yourself. Minimum changes — for example text changes and photo replacement — are done by Kluzar on request, within your plan.

2. Plans and prices

Our management and SaaS plans are:

• Starter — Free, per user, per month.
• Growth — $10 USD, per user, per month.
• Premium — $25 USD, per user, per month.

Plan features are shown on the pricing section of our homepage and on the pricing page. A plan price is for that plan only. A website build is not included in a plan price: a website build is quoted separately on your requirements, and its scope and price are agreed with you on contact before work starts. Custom development beyond plan scope is also quoted separately on contact.

AI chat is available only in the Premium plan, limited and cost-controlled. Unlimited AI chat is not included in any plan. AI management and review analysis are Premium services, as shown in the plan features.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales. We provide the services as described, and report what was done in plain language.

3. Your account

If you use a client login, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You must not use our services to break the law, to mislead customers, or to harm our systems or other users.

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for the text, photos, products and other content you give us for your website, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful. Content we create for your website as part of your plan is provided for that website and its agreed use.

5. Changes to services and terms

We may update our services, plans, prices and these terms from time to time. If a change affects an active paid plan, we will tell you before it takes effect, and the change will apply from your next billing period unless we agree otherwise with you. The current terms on this page are the terms that apply.
