Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. Please read this policy before you buy a Kluzar plan. By paying for a plan, you accept this policy.

1. SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable

All Kluzar SaaS subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to the Starter (Free), Growth ($10 USD per user, per month) and Premium ($25 USD per user, per month) plans. There is no refund for a subscription period that has started, for a period you did not use, or for a plan you cancel part-way through a month.

This is because a SaaS plan is an ongoing managed service: work, dashboard access, SEO, posts and support are provided during the period you pay for, and cannot be taken back at the end of the period.

2. Cancelling stops future billing, not past payments

You can cancel your paid plan at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You keep access until that period ends, and you will not be charged for the next period. Cancellation does not refund the current or any past period.

3. Free plan

The Starter plan is free. No payment is taken for it, so no refund question arises for it.

4. Website builds and custom work

A website build and any custom work are quoted separately on your requirements and are not part of a SaaS plan price. Payment terms for a build or custom work are agreed with you on contact before work starts, and are stated in your quote. Once work has been done or a website has been delivered under an agreed quote, that work is not refundable except as agreed in your quote.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount different from the plan price shown at checkout, contact us at once at [email protected] with the date and amount. We will review billing errors. This section covers billing errors only — it does not create a refund right for a SaaS plan itself, which remains non-refundable under section 1.
