Payment Terms

Last updated: 30 October 2026. These terms explain how Kluzar plan payments work. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

1. Prices

• Starter — Free, per user, per month.
• Growth — $10 USD, per user, per month.
• Premium — $25 USD, per user, per month.

These are the prices shown on our homepage and pricing page, and they must match the prices in our payment provider's product catalog. If a price shown at checkout ever differs from a price shown on our site, contact us before you pay and we will correct it.

A website build, custom development and anything beyond plan scope are not included in these plan prices. They are quoted separately on your requirements, and their payment terms are agreed in your quote.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, per user. The number of users on your plan is the number you are billed for. If you add users, the higher per-user total applies from your next billing period unless we agree otherwise with you. If you remove users or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.

Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

3. How payment is taken

Payments are taken online through our payment provider at checkout. Kluzar does not store your card details. Keep your payment details and your client login details private, and tell us at once at [email protected] if you believe they have been compromised.

4. Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we will tell you and you can update your payment details. Access to paid plan features may pause until payment succeeds. Contact support if a payment fails in error.

5. Refunds

SaaS subscription payments are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for the full policy, including cancellation and billing errors.
